The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (the Agency or EPA) is establishing bestdemonstrated available technology (BDAT) treatment standards for the following listed hazardous wastes identified in Title 40, Code of Federal Regulations, Sections 261.32 and 261.33(f) (40 CFR 261.32 and 261.33(f)): 1,1-Dimethylhydrazine (UDMH) Production Wastes: K107, K108, K109, and K110; Dinitrotoluene (DNT) and Toluenediamine (TDA) Production Wastes: K111, K112, U328, and U353; Ethylene Dibromide (EDB) Production Wastes: K117, K118, and K136; Ethylenebisdithiocarbamic acid (EBDC) Production Wastes: K123, K124, K125, and K126; Methyl Bromide Production Wastes: K131 and K132; and 2-Ethoxyethanol Waste: U359.
