The goal of the project was to design and implement a model community-basedinformation program that will improve access to services by Blacks and Alzheimer's Disease and or Related Disorders, and their family caregivers. Also, the project was designed to reduce the risk of premature AD victim nursing home caregiver 'burn out' by increasing knowledge, skills and service utilization. Project activities were directed towards service providers and caregivers.
