Narrowing the Gap: Environmental Finance for the 1990s

The Environmental Financial Advisory Board's (EFAB's) charter is to provideadvice on improving policies and programs affecting the financing of environmental mandates. The report serves as a Progress Report on the Board's activities. The Report describes important finance issues and risks for the 1990s, lays out 14 key findings and recommendations summarized from the first four Advisory Statements, and presents EFAB's new committee structure and agenda for 1992.
