Joint Quality Council Handbook. IRS/NTEU Joint Quality Improvement Process

The Joint Quality Council Handbook, and its companion guide, The Joint Quality Council Training Guide have been developed based on a perceived need by JQCs across the country for guidance and support. The Handbook identifies a number of tasks that must be accomplished by JQCs in order to support the joint quality improvement efforts with which they are charged. The Guide provides the training necessary to accomplish these tasks in the majority of cases.
