We evaluated select activities to assess whether the CBOCs operated in a manner that provides veterans with consistent, safe, high-quality health care. We conducted an onsite inspection of randomly selected CBOCs at the Amarillo VA HCS and the Northern Arizona VA HCS during the week of May 20, 2013.
