Archeological Reconnaissance Survey of Offutt Air Force Base, Sarpy County,Nebraska

The reconnaissance level survey of Offutt Air Force Base was conducted in orderto assess areas with a high potential for intact sites. Offutt Air Force Base consists of 2,703 acres of Air Force lands in eastern Sarpy County, Nebraska. The survey was concentrated in areas along the perimeter of the base which were undisturbed by base construction and in the Capehart Family Housing area. No archeological resources were identified during the investigations and no further work is recommended.
