The publication contains the proceedings of NBS/NIST, A Historical Perspective: ASymposium in Celebration of NIST's Ninetieth Anniversary, held March 4, 1991, at the National Institute of Standards and Technology. The symposium, co-sponsored by the Standards Alumni Association and NIST, highlighted the NBS/NIST contributions to industry over its 90-year history.
