Inversion Algorithms for Wide Band SAR Image Reconstruction

In a radar imaging process (the so called CARABAS project), using broadband, low-frequency waves, one encounters the inversion problem of finding a reflectivity function from knowledge of its averages over all circles with center on a coordinate axis. The authors review briefly various inversion methods. In particular they analyze inversion methods which recursively update the reflectivity function as new data become available.
