The goal is to build up a transportation system that provides materials andequipment, just in time (JIT), at the desired location, so that a construction project (or projects) can be accomplished within the scheduled period. This is the same as that of the current skyscraper construction, but without having any influences from changes in the amount of construction due to differences in the height and construction specifications of each floor, even in the case of the architecture and construction of a super high sky scrapper.
