Optimizing the Rubber Backed Bending Process

There are various rubber forming processes which may be suitably applied to bendfibre metal laminates and aluminium alloys. Rubber forming is a name given to a family of forming processes which employ elastomeric or rubber tools to apply deformation forces to the sheet material. The report is particularly concerned with one of these processes better known as rubber backed bending.
