The CLUSTER, Version 3.1 software was designed to facilitate the analysis of disease clusters from epidemiologic data. The Instruction Manual provides a brief description of the steps necessary for the installation and use of CLUSTER. The software is designed to enable the user to select one or more statistical methods to use in assessing disease clusters. CLUSTER incorporates 12 methods, each of which is introduced, described, and illustrated. In addition, several analytic considerations are presented to assist the user in interpreting the results.
