Imaginary Powers of Operators and the Theorem of Dore and Venni

摘要

In this paper we discuss some properties of the complex powers of operators andproperties of those operators for which the imaginary powers are bounded. One of the aims of this paper is to give a detailed proof of Pruss-Sohr's approximation theorem. We shall even prove a slightly stronger version of the theorem.
