摘要

A novel fast stepwise tunable filter with a large tuning range is presented. Itcomprises of a cascade of two III-V based amplifying Fabry-Perot filters, each tunable over only a small range. The tandem filter perfectly fits within the STRIDIS multiwavelength fast reconfigurable network concept.
