The volume is one in a series of five guidebooks on partnerships between aging agencies and business. The purpose of the series is to provide practical information to assist state and local aging agencies in developing strategic relationships with businesses in their communities. The purpose of this guidebook is to draw from the experiences of a number of state agencies and Area Agencies on Aging (AAAs) on employer-sponsored eldercare actively working with local employers on eldercare services and provide a framework on which other agencies can build.
