Alternative Control Technology Document: Control of VOC Emissions from theApplication of Agricultural Pesticides

In many States, some of the ozone nonattainment areas are comprised primarily ofagricultural counties where a potentially significant contribution to the ozone may result from area sources of volatile organic compounds (VOC's) emissions. A potential source of VOC emissions in agricultural counties is the release of organic compounds from the application of agricultural pesticides. The report provides technical information that State and local agencies can consider while developing strategies for reducing VOC emissions.
