The directory is designed to identify state and local programs, agencies, laws,and other activities that aid in the nurturing of small business in the United States. Information is included for all 50 states, as well as the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. The directory listings for each state are divided into five broad categories: Small Business Offices, Programs, and Activities; Governor's Advisory Council or Task Force; Legislative Committees and Subcommittees; Legislation; State Small Business Conferences.
