Sodium Hexametaphosphate from China. Investigation No. 731-TA-1110 (Review).

The Commission instituted this review on February 1, 2013 (78 FR 7452) and determined on May 7, 2013, that it would conduct an expedited review (78 FR 31576, May 24, 2013). The original investigation of SHMP from China was initiated in response to a petition filed on February 8, 2007, by ICL Performance Products LP (ICL) and Innophos, Inc. (Innophos). In February 2008, the Commission determined that an industry in the United States was materially injured by reason of imports of SHMP from China that the Department of Commerce (Commerce) had found had been sold at less than fair value. Commerce imposed an antidumping duty order on imports of SHMP from China on March 19, 2008. The Commission instituted this review on February 1, 2013.
