Hessenberg Matrices in Krylov Subspaces and the Computation of the Spectrum

The paper discusses the possibility to find the spectrum of a limit operator (or rather the polynomially convex hull of it) from a sequence of operators. The tools are applied to Hessenberg matrices which are (implicitly) created in Krylov subspace approximations.
