We evaluated select activities to assess whether the CBOCs operated in a manner that provides veterans with consistent, safe, high-quality health care. We conducted an onsite inspection of the Central Texas Veterans HCSs CBOC during the week of March 4, 2013, and the VA Texas Valley Coastal Bend HCSs CBOCs during the week of April 1, 2013.
