We evaluated select activities to assess whether the CBOCs operated in a manner that provides veterans with consistent, safe, high-quality health care. We conducted an onsite inspection of the Battle Creek VAMC CBOCs during the week of December 3, 2012, and the Captain James A Lovell FHCC CBOCs during the week of December 10, 2012.
