摘要

The objective of this plan is to transform the Agency into an organization thatbelieves in and strives for continuous measurable improvement in everything we make and do. To accomplish this objective, the plan contains a number of carefully selected improvement goals and strategies driven by the DMA vision, the DMA strategic direction document, and other guiding principles and policies, including the new DMA leadership values. The plan also provides a new formal mechanism to identify opportunities for improvement.
