The report presents statistics which focus on those long-term direct lendingprograms of U.S. Government agencies to foreign governments which have future payments schedules payable in dollars. It contains information on: Amounts of principal and interest, including fees, paid by major program and country for the three fiscal years 1990 through 1992; Amounts of principal and interest rescheduled by major program and country for fiscal years 1990 and 1992; Amounts of principal reduced pursuant to legislative authority by major program and country for fiscal years 1990 through 1992; Amounts of principal disbursed and still outstanding as of September 30, 1992; Arrears of principal and interest outstanding one day or more as of September 30, 1992; and Scheduled interest and principal payments by program and country for fiscal years 1993 through 1997.
