Implementation Guide for Older Americans Act Information and Referral Services

The guide assists in defining incremental steps for Information and Referrals(I&Rs) to achieve the National Standards for Older Americans Act Information and Referral Services. This guide has been specifically designed to assist States and Area Agencies on Aging with setting realistic goals and time schedules for implementation of the standards; serving as a management tool that can be used to create goals and objectives for information and referral systems improvement plan; and offering helpful strategies for adopting the standards.
