Inelastic Rating Procedures for Steel Beam and Girder Bridges

摘要

This report contains the results of a study that developed a bridge ratingmethod, which takes advantage of the inelastic reserve capacity of steel beam and girder bridges. The findings of this study will be of immediate interest to engineers responsible for bridge ratings, bridge maintenance, bridge design, bridge specifications, and bridge management at the federal, state, and local levels.
