Sayansk Aluminum Plant: Sayanko Aluminum Automotive Wheel Project: USTDA Funded Feasibility Study.

The study was funded by the U.S. Trade and Development Agency on behalf of the Sayansk Aluminum Plant in Khakassian Republic, Western Siberia. The report presents the results of a feasibility study which was developed to investigate the potential benefits of constructing secondary aluminum manufacturing facilities- specifically, an aluminum automotive wheel plant. Included in the study is a project forecast, an overview with technical and financial analyses, and a seven-part appendix dealing with the various financial aspects of the project. The report is divided into the following sections: (1) Executive Summary, (2) Introduction, (3) Market and Plant Capacity, (4) Site Survey, (5) Technical Study, (6) Plant Organization and Manning, (7) Project Implementation Strategy, (8) Economical and Financial Analysis, (9) Appendices.
