Summary of International Border Crossings Roundtable Meeting. Held in St. Louis,Missouri on June 9, 1993

The primary focus of this meeting, was held in St. Louis, MO, on June 9, 1993 onissues related to border access for the movement of commodities into and through the central part of the country. Lists of suggested topics in three broad areas of concern were provided the participants. The discussion, however, was not confined to these topics, rather it ranged over those issues of greatest importance to the participants.
