The Crewstation Analysis Programs (CAP) is a package of computer programs thatcan be used to analyze some human engineering aspects of crewstation design (such as visibility and illumination) that have particular significance in underground mining. This manual describes the steps necessary to collect data in the laboratory to develop luminaire profiles for the CAP illumination analysis. It also describes how the CAP Illumination Model calculates illumination.
