Bending Properties of Four-Layer Nail-Laminated Posts

Nail-laminated posts are used in post-frame buildings as the main verticalsupports. Research to date has focused on the three-layer posts that are commonly used. This report describes research on four-layer nail-laminated posts, which can withstand the greater lateral forces sustained by tall buildings.
