This User's Guide is the reference manual describing use of the GeneTox application under the VAX/VMS operating system. GeneTox Manager is a data capture, data management, and statistical analysis program used for microbial mutagenicity data. Its main purpose is to provide a homogeneous environment for the collection, organization, and analysis of data generated in the laboratory while also supporting a quality assurance program. The system controls the data collection and management through a user-friendly menu driven system that requests specific information and provides uniform methods for data and information entry. GeneTox Manager is capable of performing specialized statistical analysis of the data and creating tabular and graphical summaries.
