On the basis of the record developed in the subject investigations, theCommission determines, pursuant to sections 303 and 733(a) of the Tariff Act of 1930 (19 U.S.C. section 1303 and 1673(a)), that there is a reasonable indication that an industry in the United States is materially injured, or threatened with material injury, by reason of allegedly subsidized imports from Thailand and allegedly less than fail value (LTFV) imports from the People's Republic of China and Thailand of disposable pocket lighters, whether or not liquified hydrocarbon, provided for in subheadings 9613.10. and 9613.00 and 9613.20.00 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States.
