FAA Technical Center NAS Security Research Program: Positive Passenger BaggageMatching (PPBM) R and D Project Plan (Revision 1)

This revised plan updates the tasking and schedule set forth in the March 1994PPBM project plan. The positive Passenger Baggage Matching (PPBM) Plan details the type and level of R&D effort necessary to identify technologies that could be employed to increase the efficiency of PPBM operations and reduce the cost to implement and operate PPBM and domestic passenger flights. The plan discusses the major task to be accomplished to achieve the project objectives and provides a schedule for such tasks.
