World Debt Tables 1994-95 consists of two volumes. Volume 1 contains analysis andcommentary on recent developments in international finance for developing countries, together with summary statistic tables for selected regional and analytical groups comprising 154 developing countries. Continuing the recent evolution of the World Debt Tables, this year's edition provides a broader and more comprehensive coverage of both debt and nondebt flows. This year's report also contains a special chapter addressing the issues emanating from the debt burden of the severely indebted low-income countries (SILICs) and discusses options for reducing it.
