PennDOT/MAUTC Partnership Project Task 19: Traffic Engineering Education Plan

This report presents a framework for Pennsylvania's Department of Transportation(PennDOT's) traffic engineering function to develop a complete training program. Specifically, the report describes what content is needed in the education plan, who should be targeted at different levels, how to disseminate the information, and a time schedule for implementation.
