The document is the Field Sampling Plan (FSP) portion of the Sampling andAnalysis Plan (SAP) for the proposed Remedial Investigation/Feasibility Study (RI/FS) being conducted by Tetra Tech, Inc. at the Kotzebue Long Range Radar Station (LRRS), located near Kotzebue, Alaska. The Field Sampling Plan and the companion document Quality Assurance Project Plan (QAPP) together comprise the SAP; these documents will be used as guidance for all field sampling activities performed at the Kotzebue LRRS site during 1994.
