The Special Issues Analysis Center (SIAC), as a technical support center,provides assistance to the Office of Bilingual Education and Minority Languages Affairs (OBEMLA), U.S. Department of Education (ED). The purpose of the SIAC is to support OBEMLA in carrying out its mission to serve the needs of limited English proficient (LEP) students. In this role, the SIAC carries out data analysis, research, and other assistance to inform OBEMLA decision-making. Volume III contains the Task 7 Summary Analysis of the FY93 Title VII State Educational Agency (SEA) Grant Program Annual Survey Reports.
