Factors Affecting the Design Thickness of Bridge Slabs: Results of Static andFatigue Test

The punching shear behavior of concrete bridge decks under static, pulsatingfatigue, and rolling fatigue loads was studied using analytical and experimental models. In this report, study results are presented for static and pulsating fatigue loads on cast-in-place and precast, prestressed panel bridge decks. Complete study conclusions will be presented and discussed in the final project report.
