This bulletin provides a user-friendly reformatting of the uniformTelecommunications Software License Agreement required by REA and codified at 7 CFR section 1753.38 (c), as published on April 14, 1994, at 59 FR 17675. This bulletin simply sets out the codified contract addendum in a detachable usable format.
