Operation Care for At-Risk Elderly Parents and Their Sons/Daughters with MentalRetardation

The Arc's project was designed to demonstrate how local chapters of The Arc couldserve as facilitators in developing coalitions in their communities to serve a special group of at-risk families: two-generation elderly families, those where parents in their 70s or 80s are caring for sons or daughters with mental retardation in their 50s and 60s.
