The objective of this Demonstration Project is to evaluate the cost-effectivenessand performance of various experimental treatment methods selected to upgrade designated unpaved roads and to compare the results of the evaluation against a bituminous surface treatment application that was used as the control treatment on rural roadway facilities which have been graded and recompacted.
