The study, conducted by General Physics Corporation, was funded by the U.S. Trade and Development Agency. The report recommends strategies and specific actions for Tenaga Nasional Berhad's training and technology transfer needs. The study covers the assessments made by teams of generation, transmission, distribution, and management engineers and training specialists over a 4-month period.
