The purpose of this contract is to provide the U.S. Environmental ProtectionAgency (EPA) with chemical analytical services, quality control procedures, and an analysis structure which will generate data of known and documented quality. The Statement of Work was developed with the guidance of the air toxics workgroup to ensure that the needs of regional, state and local air pollution programs were addressed.
