Rayleigh Formula for Bi-Anisotropic Mixtures

In this paper, a compact formulation is given for the effective materialparameters of mixtures with general electromagnetic response. The inclusions within the mixture are spherical in shape and bi-anisotropic in their material character. Six-vector analysis is used which leads to a compact expression of the final result: a generalized Rayleigh mixing formula. (Copyright (c) 1995 Helsinki University of Technology.)
