AMRRC evaluated the AHCPR-supported practice guidelines for benign prostatichyperplasia through the development of performance measurement systems for this guideline. This volume contains the technical appendix materials for the project. This includes information on the computerized algorithm development, case selection codes, sampling matrices, case exclusions, data collection worksheets, inter-rater reliability evaluations, codebooks, flowcharts, criteria lists, criteria grid worksheets, and computerized algorithm programs.
