The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) is pleased to publish the latestlisting of the Resolution Trust Corporation's (RTC) available real estate assets. The RTC Asset Inventory contains approximately 690 properties held by the RTC through its receiverships, as of December 31, 1995. The properties listed are available and are offered for sale individually and are not currently in a scheduled sales event. The RTC Asset Inventory has been prepared in two volumes. Volume I consists of Commercial, Residential and Land assets.
