Prattville Intake, Lake Almanor, California, Hydraulic Model Study on SelectiveWithdrawal Modifications

Bureau of Reclamation conducted this hydraulic model study to provide Pacific Gasand Electric Company with an evaluation of several selective withdrawal structures that are being considered to reduce intake flow temperatures through the Prattville Intake at Lake Almanor, California. Release temperature control using selective withdrawal structures is being considered in an effort to improve the cold-water fishery in the North Fork of the Feather River.
