Simplicial Approach to the Determination of an Integral Point of a Simplex

The authors propose an algorithm to find an integral point of a simplex. It isbased on an integer labeling and a triangulation of the space. Within a finite number of iterations, the algorithm either generates an integral point of the simplex or proves that there is no integral point in the simplex.
