Offutt Air Force Base's built environment reflects the evolution of the base froman army post to a national military headquarters. This document analyzes the 245 properties inventoried at Offutt Air Force Base, Comm Annex 2-Elkhorn installation, Comm Annex 3-Scribner installation, and Hastings Housing Site in relation to their construction dates, historical contexts associated with Offutt Air Force Base, function, and property type.
