摘要

Northern California Indian Development Council under a cooperative agreement withthe U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has been administering the operation of numerous small scale fish rearing projects funded by the Klamath Basin Restoration Act since 1990. The objective of the overall program is to restore natural spawnng late fall run chinook populations through an accelerated stocking program utilizing artificially spawned and reared outplants derived from endemic broodstock to reseed steams. The two components of the FY 94 program were the projects on the Yurok Reservation on the lower 40 miles of the Klamath River, and the Mid-Klamath projects in the environs of Orleans, CA.
