Lake Superior Summer Creel Survey, 1995. Completion Report

Lake Superior and the portions of its tributaries available to anadromous fishesprovide unique habitats that support fisheries which contribute to the diversity of Minnesota's angling opportunities. Creel surveys have been used to monitor the recreational fishery of the Minnesota waters of Lake Superior for over 25 years. The scope of these surveys has expanded in recent years and survey methodology has undergone development. Creel surveys during the summer months have been conducted annually since 1969. This report presents the results of the 1995 Lake Superior summer creel survey.
