Linguistic Analysis of Business Conversations for Identifying the Core BusinessProcesses

In this paper we propose a linguistic tool to analyze business communicationbased on DEMO. The tool consists of heuristics at three levels and analyzes communication at a word, sentence and discourse level. The three level analysis is illustrated with a recorded piece of business communication.
